Childhood Asthma I have enjoyed great success with Bowen in the treatment of childhood asthma where in particular, 2 sets of twin boys aged 2 and 3 respectively, have enjoyed marked relief from the daily need for their preventative inhaler and a significant reduction in use of the reliever. I also achieved a great result with a 12 year old boy who had previously suffered chronic asthma and had indeed spent periods in hospital when conventional medicines had failed to suppress his condition. After 3 treatments, the first of which brought on an attack, he enjoyed extended periods of zero use of his medication and soon learned to use the Bowen emergency move himself. Through the asthma emergency move, instant relief can be given to children and adults alike when an asthma attack strikes mitigating the need for the use of their steroid based inhaler. The use of this simple move must surely be preferable to the inhalation of drugs? It is my intention at some stage, in conjunction with local schools, to run an asthma clinic at reduced rates in an effort to bring relief to larger numbers of children. |

Parkinson’s Disease John Coleman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Parkinson's Disease in August 1995 when after a number of years trying to cope with his symptoms, he collapsed at work and found he no longer had the power of coherent speech, could not walk more than 5 metres unaided and would take up to a hour just to get dressed.
